Rental Rates & Policies

* Children 3 years old and younger stay free. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional charge of $10 per pet per night. Additional cleaning charges may apply if cabins are not left in reasonable, undamaged condition.

"Cabins 1-9" have wood paneling, carpeted and/or tiled floors, electric baseboard heating and wood burning fireplaces or stoves (firewood included). Other amenities include a TV/DVD player (viewing movies only), Wireless Internet, satellite TV, futon sleeper, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, paper towels, salt & pepper, dish soap and linens. Bathrooms have a tub/shower. Cabins 8 & 9 are not owned but managed by Antler Ridge Cabins, LLC.

The "Ridge House" has spectacular views of Greer, beautiful mountain decor, luxurious bedding, heated floors, stereo system, wireless internet, satellite TV, landline phone, GE profile appliances in a fully furnished kitchen, laundry room, recreation room with a bar, pool table, and dart board, and a double garage. We require a minimum deposit of two nights rent to hold any reservation and the balance is due upon arrival, except holiday bookings which must be paid in full 30 days in advance. A longer minimum stay may apply during the holidays and summer peak season for advance reservations. VISA and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. Once your cabin is reserved, you are responsible for the entire amount due for your stay. Refunds apply only to the re-rented portion of your stay. A $10 fee is charged for credit card refunds.
